OLYMPIC GYMNASTIC VISIT!

Olympic gymnast – Matthew Hennessey will be with us next Wednesday afternoon (May 9th). Please ensure that your child has their indoor P.E. kit in school on the Wednesday. Sponsor forms and money need to be in one week after the event – by the 16th May.

SHAKESPEARE'S BIRTHDAY PARADE!

We are still looking for volunteers to take part in the Shakespeare Parade on Saturday 21st April. If your child is in Key Stage 2 (Years 3 upwards) and would like to take part please let Mrs. Clee know and we will forward further details to you.

BREAK UP FOR EASTER HOLIDAYS

 

A date for your diary – Friday 23rd March - 2.30pm onwards, will be our Friends of Bishopton School Easter Fayre.  Further details will follow but please keep this date free so you can come along and support this event.  If you are able to offer any help during the afternoon, please speak to Mrs. Clee in the office or a member of FOBS.

PARENTS EVENINGS - 21.3.12

Our parents evening appointments for this term will take place on Tuesday 20th 3.30pm – 5.30pm and Wednesday 21st March 5.00pm – 7.00pm.  Please return the slip on this week's bulletin to your child’s class teacher as soon as possible so a time to suit you can be allocated.  It is very important that you try and attend these meetings so that we can all work together ensuring your child receives the best education and support

NO PENS DAY!

On Tuesday, 6th March we are having a ‘No Pens Day’ throughout the school where we will be focusing on speaking and listening!

BOOK DAY

 

Thursday 1st March is ‘World Book Day’.  Every child will be bringing home a £1.00 book token that entitles them to one Free £1 World Book Day book or to use against a book or audio book worth £2.99 or more in participating bookshops.  The offer is valid until 25th March so make sure you go and use your voucher.
